Manage your appointment
If you already have an appointment with us, you can change or cancel it using one of the options below.
If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient.
Change your appointment
If you need to change the time or date of your appointment, you can:
- Contact us online
- Call the surgery on 01803 495400
We recommend contacting us online where possible, as this is often the quickest way for us to get back to you.
Cancel your appointment
You can cancel your appointment:
- By clicking the cancellation link in your appointment reminder text message
- Using the NHS App or Patient Access
- By calling 01803 495400 and using the automated cancellation service (option 1)
- By contacting us online
