We can provide information about services, groups, activities and organisations that may be able to help with:

  • Housing, debt and benefits concerns
  • Bereavement and coping with loss
  • Loneliness, isolation or lack of social connection
  • Stress, anxiety and low mood
  • Living with a long-term health condition
  • Employment, training, volunteering and learning opportunities
  • Support for parents and unpaid carers
  • Low-level addiction and recovery support
  • Physical, learning and mental health disability services
  • Finding local activities, clubs, groups and community support

Health Coaching

Health Coaching offers personalised support to help you make sustainable changes that can improve your health and wellbeing.

Through a series of appointments, your Health Coach will work alongside you to create an action plan based on your individual goals. Ongoing follow-up appointments can be provided to review progress and support you in working towards those goals.

Areas that may be explored include:

  • Healthy eating and nutrition
  • Physical activity and exercise
  • Weight management
  • Sleep
  • Lifestyle habits and behaviours

Educational resources and onward referrals may be offered where appropriate.
