How to get test results
You can log into your NHS App or Patient Access to get your test results.
If you haven't registered yet, you can use the link below to download the NHS app or Patient Access.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. This means that we can only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given permission or are not capable of understanding them.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01803 495400 using option 3 after 11am. Please note our receptionists cannot interpret results.
How long does it take to get my test results?
For routine blood tests and urine results please allow 4 to 5 working days before making enquiries.
X-Rays, other tests and letters from the hospital will take 10 to 14 days.
If there is anything that needs discussing further, we will call you to arrange a follow up telephone call.
Please note we will not contact you if there are no problems with your results.
