Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (NHSFT) strategy refresh
We are inviting people across Torbay and South Devon to help shape our future by taking part in a short survey.
Following the launch of the 10-year health plan for England earlier this year, we are refreshing our organisational strategy.
We’ve already made great strides—integrating health and social care, investing in digital innovation, and building stronger community partnerships. But we know there’s more to do to improve our services and better meet the needs of our people.
We want our strategy to be shaped by the people we serve and the people who deliver care every day.
We’re asking you to share your views by filling in our survey and to share the survey with your members and your networks. We’ll be sharing the survey on our social media later this week so please feel free to share our posts if you run a Facebook page or similar.
The survey runs until midnight on 07 September 2025. It asks local people to share what matters most to them, what they think our organisation should focus on and how services can be improved to better meet the needs of local people and communities.
