We ask patients to contact us online whenever possible. This helps us respond more quickly and keeps our phone lines free for people who need them most.
How we review requests
When you contact us, our clinical team will review your request and make sure you get the right care.
- Urgent problems are dealt with as soon as possible, usually on the same day.
- Routine problems are reviewed and managed according to clinical need.
You may be offered an appointment with a GP or another member of our team, depending on your needs.
Making the most of your appointment
To help us make sure everyone gets the care they need, please try to discuss one problem at each appointment.
